As data from the 2010 Census is released for states across the country, the figures released  Texas show that Houston remains smaller than Chicago, the third most populous city in the nation. Libyan City Falls As Turmoil Takes New Turn

Libyan protesters celebrated in the streets of Benghazi on Monday, claiming control of the country’s second largest city after bloody fighting, and anti-government unrest spread to the capital with clashes in Tripoli’s main square for the first time. Boy Gets $1.55M For Getting Hit By Branch

Reports are that a $1.55 million settlement is in the works for a 4-year-old boy who suffered brain damage from a falling parkway tree branch.
