The Los Angeles Lakers star, Kobe Bryant had 37 points midway through the fourth quarter and appeared to be on his way to setting Wilt Chamberlin’s all-time game scoring record of 42. Then LeBron went into another gear and began playing the All-Star Game like it was a playoff game. The Miami Heat star took over the game earned the second-ever All-Star triple double in the process, finishing the game with 29 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists It wasn’t enough though, and the West held on for a 148-143 win. The veteran guard put on another show among stars at the 60th All-Star game, also grabbing 14 rebounds and overcoming LeBron James triple-double for the East.

There are as yet no details on what form the play will take. NBA Comeback? MICHAEL JORDAN Practicing with Charlotte Bobcats

The Hall of Famer and Bobcats owner suited up for Thursday’s workout, participating in a full-court scrimmage and showing a few of the old moves that helped make him a six-time NBA champion. Jordan, who turns 48 next week, has been spending more time at practices and shootarounds, getting on the floor and doing some teaching. Thursday’s practice was his most involved yet. Jordan, who didn’t speak to reporters, was on the floor in an orange jersey. Packers Could Win More Super Bowls
