Steven Tyler’s new gig on American Idol is giving his band Aerosmith some added boost. According to reports, sales of old Aerosmith songs are climing up the charts. Aerosmith’s 1998 power ballad,“I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” is currently #22 on Apple’s iTunes chart, and not one but two versions of Aerosmith’s 1973 hit “Dream On” are charting, at #77 and #115, respectively.
